Refunds will only be given upon receipt of written requests via e-mail from the parent/guardian e-mail account linked to the registration.
Refunds will be issued according to the timeline below and only after:

The player’s registration fees have cleared the KLA bank account and,

Any/all outstanding team fees and/or KLA charges have been paid and,
-
KLA equipment and/or jerseys have been returned in good condition,

OLA fees and insurance are non‐refundable. As of January 2023, the non-refundable fees total $40 per registrant.(this may be subject to change if fees increase in following years)
Refund Timeline

For refunds requested up to and prior to the first session of the season, all of the fees paid will be refunded less the non-refundable $40 (stated above)

For refunds requested within the first 30 days of the season, 50% of the fees due less the non-refundable $40 (stated above)

No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the season starting.
**Special note – refunds will not be issued for inclement weather cancellations. The KLA will do our best to work with our facility/field providers to reschedule sessions that were missed however these cannot be guaranteed.
