Kingston Lacrosse

We’re excited to be hosting a Try Lacrosse session as part of Lacrosse Day in Kingston, for new U9-U15 (players born between 2010-2017)! Thursday, September 26, 4–5pm at the INVISTA Centre's CaraCo Field.

The Kingston Lacrosse Association (KLA) is excited to invite all members to our Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is a great opportunity to participate in the future direction of our association, share ideas, and get involved. Tuesday, October 8, 2024, 7 – 9 PM at INVISTA Centre, Hall B (Main Level).

Join us on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Invista Centre's, CaraCo Field, for an exciting day of lacrosse action and learning! This is an excellent opportunity for U9-U15 Krossfire players to learn the newest form of the game – Sixes – which will be played in the 2028 Olympics. 

As we closed out the house league season, we want to thank everyone for a wonderful season! Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication have made this year truly special. We are grateful for the support from our players, families, coaches, and volunteers.
